How Does It All Work?
Our team will build each site, and then hand over all controls to you. No physical items are needed, all items are drop shipped from the vendor.
Do you offer international shipping?
Our virtual shops are available to clients regardless of location, however, international shipping is not presently available but strides are currently being made to create this opportunity for most of our eligible products.
What are your payment options?
We accept all major forms of payment except checks and money orders. You may even make an electronic payment through PayPal.
What is your return policy?
All Product Sales are Final. Additionally, our Business in a Box service is a digital service and therefore is not eligible for a refund. If you no longer want to use your store, you can always sell it on websites like Flippa or Exchange Marketplace.
What is the turnaround time after purchase?
7-10 business days. Orders may be delayed due to high volume but appropriate notice will be given in that case.
Can I order a website that isn’t listed? Do you make custom sites?
Yes, for an additional fee. However, the turnaround time will be extended due to customization.
Do you give instructions? What if I am inexperienced?
When we deliver the completed storefront via email, you will have a video tutorial/walk-through along with detailed instructions. Most of the work has been completed by our team, the remaining 10% will be your marketing, order fulfillment, and customer service. If you need additional help or one on one assistance, feel free to book a consultation session at any time.
